In order to represent our clients in the Best possible way, we DO NOT represent any one builder. When purchasing a new home from a Builder's agent or Realtor®, the agent / Realtor® will be representing the Builder and cannot work on the purchaser's behalf. Therefore, the purchaser will almost never be able to negotiate the best possible price. The purchaser has no one negotiating on his/her behalf. Our approach puts the Purchaser First and allows us to negotiate for you the best possible deal. We represent the purchaser and the builder's Agent will represent the builder.
